We know you’ve been waiting, but the wait is almost over. The AFHTO 2021 conference will be two half-days October 27 & 28 in the morning, with our annual general meeting on the evening of October 26. This month we’ll announce:
- Conference theme and call for volunteers
- Call for Bright Lights and submissions
- Sponsorship prospectus

Tips to get the most out of your conference experience
- The AFHTO 2020 Conference Registration Kit is now available

- For information on our Concurrent Sessions, Keynotes, Bright Lights Awards, and all other conference sessions please visit here.
- We have a mobile app this year- be sure to download for important event updates, additional game play opportunities, and exciting features exclusive to the app!
- Access our game via the platform or the app and fufill the challenges for your chance to win some excellent prizes, including a FitBit! Score points and get on the Leaderboard for your chance to win. You can earn points by visiting the exhibit booths, interacting with others, and more.
- The link to the virtual event and login information was emailed to registered attendees on October 3 and 4. If you did not receive the email please contact regAFHTO@mosaicevents.ca.
- Sessions and other content won’t be available until the conference starts
- You can only be logged in to one device at a time with your login credentials
- We recommend using Google Chrome or Safari browser for optimal performance
- Upon logging in the first time, you will be prompted to allow notifications. Please allow notifications to help ensure you have the best experience possible
- To participate in video chats, you will be prompted to the site access to your camera and microphone. Please allow to help ensure you have the best experience possible
- If you need assistance at any time during the conference:
- Visit the help desk
- Use the chat bot
- Start a chat or video call with ‘Event Assistance’ in the attendee list
- The exhibit hall opens at 9:00 a.m. on October 8 and 9 – stop by and visit with exhibitors before sessions start and during breaks. You will earn points in the game for visiting and chatting with them!
- If you can no longer attend the conference and someone else is taking your place, please send their name and email address to regAFHTO@mosaicevents.ca as soon as possible and we will change the login email.
