What to do before Sep. 4 to enhance your conference experience:
- Register at the early bird rate to save on registration. After Sep. 4, rates increase for both members and non-members.
- Confirm your spot in your favourite concurrent sessions. Sessions are filling up fast and you don’t want to miss out on the chance to see a particularly relevant presentation.
- Book your hotel room by Aug. 23. The group rate deadline has been extended to this Friday, Aug. 23 at 5:00 p.m. This rate is only guaranteed until Aug. 23 and our room block will be released to the public afterwards. September is a busy month for hotels so make sure you’re paying the best rate for the best location.
- Book your tickets with Porter Airlines, Air Canada and/or VIA Rail Canada to get the best rates and times for your schedule.

All non-members have to do is say who recommended them during registration and the organization with the most referrals wins a complimentary registration! Non-members and members alike can win. Any existing registration for the winning team as of Sep. 12 can be refunded as well.
