We are pleased to announce our pre-conference fireside chat - Ontario Primary Care for the next five years with leaders in Ontario’s healthcare system.

Moderated by AFHTO board member and ED Credit Valley FHT, Rakib Mohammed, this session will be an important opportunity to hear about plans for primary care and the likelihood of these plans coming to fruition.
