Introducing Stephen

Stephen, a patient with Dufferin Area FHT, will be joining us at the AFHTO 2019 Conference, “Health System Integration Built on the Foundation of Team-Based Primary Health Care”.

He’ll speak about his experience with interprofessional team-based care after Dr. Rueben Devlin at the closing plenary. You can learn more about Stephen’s story and living with rheumatoid arthritis watching this video here.
