Windsor FHT Shines in Social Prescribing at CISP Conference

The recent CISP Conference, held from September 26-27, was a significant gathering, bringing together over 400 attendees from across Canada and the world.

Ontario was well represented at the Social Prescribing Impact Awards including:

  • Social Prescribing Connector of the Year: Kelly Conrad (Clinical Manager) at Langs CHC, Natasha Beaudin (Social Prescribing Project Lead at the Alliance) and Leila Reshid – Chilliwack Community Services), honourable mention to Courtney Bauman ( Navigator – Woolwich CHC)
  • Social Prescribing Innovation Award: Black Focused Social Prescribing: Hathor-Ra Adwoa (TAIBU CHC), Renika Hall (Black Creek CHC ), Stephanie Kyei (Rexdale CHC) & Somerset West CHC, Honourable mention Margo Reilly (ED Windsor FHT)
