What to do before Oct. 1 to enhance your conference experience:

Register at the early bird rate to save on registration. After Oct. 1, rates increase for both members and non-members.
Confirm your spot in your favourite concurrent sessions. Sessions are filling up fast and you don’t want to miss out on the chance to see a particularly relevant presentation.
Book your hotel room. The group rate is only guaranteed until Oct. 1 and our room block will be released to the public afterwards. Fall is a busy season for hotels so make sure you’re paying the best rate for the best location.
Book your tickets with Porter Airlines and/or VIA Rail Canada to get the best rates and times for your schedule.

And in other news, did you know we’re offering student rates this year? We have limited spaces available, so if you have any student volunteers, they’re welcome to attend and learn even more about their future career.
