- Include primary care in planning and rollout of COVID-19 vaccination
- Enable community-led testing and contact tracing in hotspot communities
- Ensure ongoing management of illnesses, chronic disease, disease prevention, health promotion, and community connection
- Expand virtual care that supports continuity and develop a comprehensive digital equity strategy
