- Dr Danielle Martin - talk about “Big Idea #1” for making the healthcare system “Better Now” – ie the importance of the relationship between patients and their primary care providers.
- Dr Rob Annis and Dr Sean Blaine - talk about how primary care teams are measuring what matters and delivering good quality at lower healthcare SYSTEM costs – and more importantly, how everyone else in Ontario can do it too
- Darren Larsen - talk about help for all primary care providers in using their EMRs to make their own lives and those of their patients better now
