On April 19, April 26, and September 19, 2018, the OCSA hosted LeaderShift webinars, and AFHTO members were invited.
LeaderShift is a leadership development project being led by the OCSA in partnership with AFHTO, the Alliance for Healthier Communities, and Addictions and Mental Health Ontario.These webinars focused on how to educate, understand and gain practical ideas about opportunities for leadership, as well as the politics and system changes in Ontario's health care that are important to know to help do this.
