It combines cognitive therapy and behavior therapy; a focus that helps people to identify and modify thinking and behaviour that undermine mental health.  CBT has a proven research and treatment track record for a range of conditions including psychosis, depression, anxiety and can be helpful for anyone.

The ECHO Care of the Elderly team is excited to launch a special 6-week Dementia Series in partnership with the Alzheimer Societies of Ontario and Toronto. The Dementia Series aims to help primary care providers expand their skills and build their capacity in the care of people with dementia.
