The OMA will host an online COVID-19 town hall on Paxlovid and Evusheld on Tuesday, May 10th from 7:30-9:00 p.m. The session will address considerations for prescribing Paxlovid for the treatment of COVID-19 and will provide an overview of Evusheld, a new prophylactic treatment for immunocompromised patients. The majority of the event will be focused on Q&A and will include a wide range of medical specialists and pharmacists to address physician questions.

The session will feature a lecture portion up front, covering Evusheld as well as accessing Paxlovid in Ontario and considerations when prescribing Paxlovid. The majority of the session will be dedicated to member Q&A. Panelists for the event will include:
