Their program covers the challenges that families face while supporting a family member living with schizophrenia or psychosis, handling stress and anxiety, practical strategies around communication, and coping with daily living including; scheduling daily activities, motivation, wellness and crisis planning, and caregiver well-being.

Overview of the Coaching Sessions:
In the six workshops, you will be coached in smaller groups to further learn how to cope with common issues in supporting your family member with schizophrenia and other forms of psychosis. You will have the opportunity to bring forth your own concerns, learn new coping skills and develop solutions to meet your needs
