A webinar about how 211 can assist primary care teams. 211 has been helping the people of Ontario navigate community, health and social services for many years. This webinar will provide some baseline information about 211’s Accredited enquiry service and Standards driven resource database of benefit to your patients when trying to access services in the community – particularly services during COVID-19, such as mental health services, food and other basic needs. We will also provide a demonstration of our 211 contact needs dashboard which could prove useful for program planning.
