In this workshop session there will be a presentation on principles of fair and accountable representation and what this means for primary care leadership as OHTs evolve and move towards incorporating.  We will review shared challenges  faced by PC leadership in organizing and articulating the collective primary care voice and identify examples of best practices from across the province.   We will present the "Primary Care Feasibility Tool"  as something primary care representatives and health system planners alike can use to centre comprehensive family practice at the heart of designing and implementing initiatives to enable successful adoption and scale among family physicians and primary care.  There will be facilitated small group discussions to allow participants to share local lessons learned and strategies developed, to review and provide feedback on the Primary Care Feasibility Tool.
